How MTR Developments collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.

MTR Developments Limited is a building firm. Our business address is Lifford Hall, Tunnel Lane, Kings Norton, Birmingham B30 3JN. You can reach us on 07838 225959. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address and any details about your project that you choose to give us. We do not take any payment details through the website.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare a quote. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Why we are allowed to use it

We handle your enquiry so we can take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to people who want to work with us.

Who else is involved

Our enquiry forms are handled by Formspree, which delivers your message to us by email. The maps on our area pages load from OpenStreetMap, and our fonts load from Google Fonts. As part of loading those elements, those providers may receive your IP address. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to deal with your project or request, and we remove it once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just call the number above or reply to any email from us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
