MTR Developments is a building firm based in Bromsgrove, working across Birmingham and the villages around it. For more than 24 years we have built extensions, converted lofts, fitted kitchens and bathrooms and renovated whole homes. Most of our work comes from repeat clients and their neighbours, which tells you how we like to leave a job.

We keep design and build under one roof and give every client one point of contact. Your job is not passed between a designer who has never held a trowel and a builder who never saw the plans. The team that quotes it is the team that finishes it.

We also take no upfront payment. You pay in stages as the work goes on, never before. The only way we get paid is to keep building, and to build well.
